Paul founded Breezy Quince after a decade of commercial software engineering work across developer platforms, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and reliable production software. He holds a PhD in Computer Science. His background includes published research in software engineering and programming languages, alongside staff-level engineering work supporting various product and platform teams.
