Personal data we handle

This is a static website. It does not include analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or embedded third-party contact forms. When you visit, the hosting provider may automatically process standard web server information such as your IP address, user agent, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

When you contact or work with Breezy Quince, personal data may include your name, business contact details, role and organisation, correspondence, and information you choose to provide. For prospective or active engagements, it may also include proposal, contract, project-administration, invoicing, and payment records where applicable. Please do not send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the matter being discussed.

How we use personal data

Breezy Quince may use personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
• assess, form, manage, and deliver an engagement;
• manage contracts, invoicing, payments, and necessary business records;
• operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website and business systems;
• protect legal rights, prevent or investigate misuse, and resolve disputes; and
• meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Breezy Quince collects, uses, or discloses personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances and as permitted by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where consent is required, it may be given expressly or deemed to have been given under the PDPA.

Disclosure and service providers

Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to service providers supporting functions such as website hosting, email, information technology, accounting, and professional advice; to parties involved in an engagement where you would reasonably expect the disclosure; or where required or permitted by law. Service providers are expected to handle personal data only for the relevant service and with appropriate protection.

Email is processed by the sender's and recipient's mail providers rather than stored by this website. Breezy Quince does not copy enquiry data into marketing databases, CRMs, or analytics tools.

Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as its purpose continues to be served or it is needed for a legal or business purpose. Relevant considerations include the status of an enquiry or engagement and applicable contractual, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, Breezy Quince deletes the data or removes the means by which it can be associated with an individual.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not intentionally set cookies or load third-party analytics or marketing scripts. If those practices change, this notice will be updated and any consent required by law will be obtained.

Accuracy, access, correction, and withdrawal of consent

Breezy Quince makes reasonable efforts to keep personal data accurate and complete where it is likely to be used to make a decision affecting you or disclosed to another organisation. Please tell the Data Protection Officer if your information changes or appears to be inaccurate.

Subject to the PDPA, you may ask for access to personal data about you that is in Breezy Quince's possession or control, and for information about how it was used or disclosed during the preceding year. You may also ask for an error or omission to be corrected, or ask for personal data to be deleted where it is no longer needed for a legal or business purpose.

You may withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data for a stated purpose by giving reasonable notice. Breezy Quince will explain the likely consequences and cease the relevant processing unless continued processing is required or permitted by law. Withdrawal may prevent Breezy Quince from continuing correspondence or providing a requested service, but does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal took effect.

Requests should be sent to the Data Protection Officer using the details below and include enough information to identify you and the data concerned. Breezy Quince may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Requests will be handled as soon as reasonably possible. If Breezy Quince cannot respond to an access or correction request within 30 calendar days, it will tell you in writing within that period when a response can be expected. Exceptions under the PDPA may apply.

Security

Breezy Quince uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data, including limiting collection, restricting access to those who need it, using account and provider access controls, and selecting service providers that support secure handling. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Overseas processing

Breezy Quince operates from Singapore and serves clients across APAC, Australia, and the United States. Email, website hosting, and other necessary service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where the PDPA applies to an overseas transfer, Breezy Quince takes appropriate steps to ensure the recipient is bound to provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including through applicable contractual obligations, provider terms, and security measures.

Data breaches

Breezy Quince assesses suspected personal data breaches and takes appropriate steps to contain and address them. Where a breach is notifiable under the PDPA, Breezy Quince will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required.

Questions and complaints

Questions, requests, or complaints about this notice or the handling of personal data should be sent to the Data Protection Officer. Please describe the concern and include relevant details. Breezy Quince will acknowledge, investigate, and respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

Breezy Quince may update this notice when its practices or legal obligations change. The revised notice will be published here with an updated date, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required. This notice was last updated on 9 August 2026.

The Data Protection Officer oversees Breezy Quince's personal data protection practices, handles enquiries, requests, and complaints, and liaises with the Personal Data Protection Commission where necessary.
